Instructions
In a large bowl, combined sliced onion and cabbage. Add in rice vinegar, lemon, juice, salt, and pepper, tossing to combine. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine diced onion, salmon, eggs, breadcrumbs, dill, and Old Bay seasoning. Add in additional salt and pepper to taste. Mix to combine. Form the salmon mixture into patties, you should end up with about 4 patties.
In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium high heat. Add salmon patties into pan and cook until browned, about 2-4 minutes per side.
While patties cook, add apple, sour cream, mayo, and dill to the cabbage and onion mixture, toss to combine. Serve salmon patties on the bun and top with apple slaw.
