Ingredients
  • 115 ounce can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
  • 1/2cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/4cup maple syrup
  • 1tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1teaspoon flax seed
  • 1/2teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4teaspoon salt
  • 1/2cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a food processor except for chocolate chips. Allow to blend until mixture is smooth.
  2. When all ingredients are blended and lumps and bumps are gone, stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out 1-2 tablespoons of dough and place evenly across baking sheet. I suggest slightly flattening the dough as they will maintain their shape during baking.
  4. Place in the heated oven and bake for 13 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
