115 ounce canchickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
1/2cupcreamy natural peanut butter
1/4cupmaple syrup
1tablespoonchia seeds
1teaspoonflax seed
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/2cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a food processor except for chocolate chips. Allow to blend until mixture is smooth.
When all ingredients are blended and lumps and bumps are gone, stir in chocolate chips.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out 1-2 tablespoons of dough and place evenly across baking sheet. I suggest slightly flattening the dough as they will maintain their shape during baking.
Place in the heated oven and bake for 13 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
