Creamy Sugar Free Classic Coleslaw
Based on the creamy, classic coleslaw recipe you’ve grown to love, without the added sugar.

Ingredients
  • 14ounces bagged coleslaw mix
  • 1/2head red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2cup Primal Kitchen Mayo(gluten, soy, canola free mayo, linked below)
  • 1/4cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3-4tablespoons stevia powder(2 heavy squirts of liquid stevia)
  • 1/2teaspoon pink Himylayan salt
  • 1/2teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1teaspoon celery seed
Instructions
  1. Prepare cabbage and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayo, vinegar, mustard, stevia, salt, pepper, and celery seed. Whisk to combine.
  2. Add in prepared cabbage and toss with dressing. Store in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
