bagged coleslaw mix

head
red cabbage, shredded
1/2
cup
Primal Kitchen Mayo
(gluten, soy, canola free mayo, linked below)

rice wine vinegar

teaspoon
dijon mustard

stevia powder
(2 heavy squirts of liquid stevia)

pink Himylayan salt

ground pepper

celery seed
Instructions
Prepare cabbage and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayo, vinegar, mustard, stevia, salt, pepper, and celery seed. Whisk to combine.
Add in prepared cabbage and toss with dressing. Store in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
