Ingredients
  • 3/4cup almond butter
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 1/2teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4cup ground flaxseed
  • 2tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3tablespoons almond flour(may substitute coconut flour)
  • 1teaspoon baking powder
  • 3tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
  • 2tablespoons honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While oven preheats, line an 8×4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease well.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Turn on high, and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour mixture into a greased and lined loaf and place in the oven.
  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crust starts to brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling. Slice to serve for toast or sandwich bread.
