Ingredients
  • 115 ounce can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
  • 1/2cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/4cup maple syrup
  • 2teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1teaspoon flax seed
  • 1/4teaspoon salt
  • 1/2cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips in a food processor. Process on high for 2-3 minutes.
  2. When all ingredients are blended and lumps and bumps are gone, stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Place in a covered, storage container and place in fridge for 1 hour. Serve cold.
