115 ounce canchickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
1/2cupcreamy natural peanut butter
1/4cupmaple syrup
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1tablespoonchia seeds
1teaspoonflax seed
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/2cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for chocolate chips in a food processor. Process on high for 2-3 minutes.
When all ingredients are blended and lumps and bumps are gone, stir in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Place in a covered, storage container and place in fridge for 1 hour. Serve cold.
