Healthy Homemade Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
  • 1cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4cup lemon juice
  • 1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 anchovie filets
  • 1tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend for 15-20 seconds, or until smooth.
  2. Store in a glass container and place in fridge for 30 minutes. Serve cold and return any leftover dressing into the refrigerator.
