Holiday Gingerbread French Toast

Ingredients
  • 3tablespoons butter
  • 2whole eggs
  • 1/4cup vanilla creamer
  • 1/4cup milk of choice(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/4teaspoon all spice
  • 1/4teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12slices bread of choice(I use Pepperidge Farm Light Oatmeal Bread)
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk together eggs, creamer, milk, spices, and vanilla and pour into a shallow container.
  2. Dip bread slices into egg mixture. Fry slices in skillet until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.
  3. Serve with syrup, whipped cream, or powdered sugar.
