Honey Chevre Mixed Salad

Ingredients
  • 6cups spring mix salad(approximately 5-6 ounces)
  • 1/3cup honey lemon dressing(see recipe notes)
  • 4ounces thinly, sliced prosciutto
  • 2ounces honey chevre (goat cheese)
  • 1/4cup sliced almonds
  • 1/3cup blueberries
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss spring mix greens with honey lemon dressing to evenly coat. Tear prosciutto into smaller pieces and lay over salad greens. Crumble the honey chevre over the salad. Top with sliced almonds and blueberries.
  2. Divide salad onto two plates and serve cold.
