spring mix salad
(approximately 5-6 ounces)

cup
honey lemon dressing
(see recipe notes)

ounces
thinly, sliced prosciutto
2
ounces
honey chevre (goat cheese)
1/4
cup
sliced almonds
1/3
cup
blueberries
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss spring mix greens with honey lemon dressing to evenly coat. Tear prosciutto into smaller pieces and lay over salad greens. Crumble the honey chevre over the salad. Top with sliced almonds and blueberries.
Divide salad onto two plates and serve cold.
