Ingredients
  • 1cup almondssoaked in water for 1-2 hours
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removeddepending on spice preference
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1teaspoon pink Himylayan salt
  • 1/2cup water
Instructions
  1. Place almonds, lime juice, jalapeno peppers, olive oil, and salt into a high-power food processor. Slowly add in water, until desired texture is acheived. Use more or less water based on the desired thickness for the dip.
  2. Chill for one hour. Serve with fresh vegetables, chips, or crackers.
