Ingredients
  • 3/4cup canned, full fat coconut milk
  • 3/4cup coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2cup chia seeds
  • 1/2cup pumpkin puree
  • 2teaspoons Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1teaspoon liquid stevia
Instructions
  1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together. Transfer to individual serving dishes.
  2. Place in the refrigerator to set for 1-2 hours. Serve cold with desired toppings.
