Ten Minute Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  • 25 ounce cans solid Albacore tuna(well drained)
  • 1small yellow onion, diced
  • 1stalk celery, diced
  • 1/4cup Primal Kitchen Mayolinked below
  • 1/4cup plain almond yogurt
  • 2teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1tablespoon parsley
  • 1/4teaspoon salt
  • 1/4teaspoon pepper
  • bread of choice(optional)
  • mixed greens(optional)
Instructions
  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, diced onion, diced celery, mayo, yogurt, mustard and seasoning. Mix well to combine and evenly coat fish and vegetables.
  2. Keep cold. Serve between two slices of bread or over a bed of salad greens.
