Ingredients

solid Albacore tuna
(well drained)

yellow onion, diced

stalk
celery, diced

cup

dijon mustard

parsley

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper
bread of choice

mixed greens
(optional)
Instructions
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, diced onion, diced celery, mayo, yogurt, mustard and seasoning. Mix well to combine and evenly coat fish and vegetables.
Keep cold. Serve between two slices of bread or over a bed of salad greens.
