Using a French Press, add ground coffee, water, cacao and vanilla. Gently stir. Allow to steep for 4 minutes. Gently plunge the French Press to filter the coffee.
Transfer the coffee into the mug. Stir to combine coffee, cream, and fiber. Fiber may take a few minutes to dissolve. Add stevia to desired sweetness. Serve hot.
