We all like a good green smoothie, ya?
Something about getting all those fruits and veggies leave me feeling glowy AF. It’s very much that Vitamin-Mineral Glow.
Sure you could do a green juice, but I much prefer a good smoothie. They both are a liquid shot of nutrients. But a Healthy Skin Green Smoothie brings a more fiber to the table. It’s a double whammy, if you will. After all, we like to preach gut health around here.
And what good is a green juice if we aren’t feeding those little gut bugs with some fiber.
But let’s not cut corners. Can we skip the smoothie boutique and the store-bought smoothie (aka sugar-water). Take the 5 minutes and blend the juice.
I know, sigh right? Just trust.
Go to your fridge. Grab out your veg, your fruit, and your milk. Pop it in the blender. Dump in our fave collagen peptides and whala…Healthy Skin Green Smoothie.
What was that? Like 5 minutes. Thank us later.
Now you can load up on the antioxidant goodness your skin loves. You’ll be getting:
Vitamin A – promotes cellular turnover
Vitamin C – promotes skin healing, collagen production, and even skin tone
Healthy Fats – promotes hormone balance and inflammation reduction
Vitamin E – promotes skin healing and reduces scarring
Fiber – promotes gut health, regularity, and hormone balance
