Healthy Skin Green Smoothie

  • 1/2 large green apple
  • 1/3 large cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery, coursely chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen peptides see recipe notes
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk

  1. Combine ingredients in a high power blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth. Serve immediately.
