  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
  1. In a small jar, add oats. Pour milk over the top to coat rolled oats. Cover oats with yogurt, peanut butter and fruit. Place a lid on the jar and store in the refrigerator overnight. When ready to eat, stir oats well and serve cold.
