Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup stevia or monk fruit
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and halved
- 1 cup whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (optional, substitute a frozen coconut dessert or coconut cream for a dairy free alternative)

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. While grill heats, combine melted coconut oil, stevia, and ground cinnamon in a small bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Brush peaches with oil mixture and grill cut side down for 5 minutes. Turn peaches over and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Top each with a couple tablespoons of whipped cream or ice cream if desired. Serve warm.
