Skinny Homemade Ranch Dressing

Making your own condiments is easy as pie and so much healthier. I’ve been playing with my recipe over the years, some good, some not so good. This recipe here has been a long time winner. It’s perfect for dipping veggies, on top of a salad, and I even use it in my Skinny Ranch Potato Salad.

I originally opted to start making my own dressing because I didn’t like all the additives and calories that came with bottle of traditional ranch dressing. This recipe incorporates non-fat Greek yogurt to lighten up the ranch while providing plenty of protein.  Using buttermilk provides the most authentic flavor, but any milk will do. Though not an absolute dupe for traditional ranch, I am sure you will love the flavor behind my homemade skinny ranch.
