Each day provides roughly 1800 calories, macronutrients, three main meals, and two snacks.

Within this guide, you will also find a chart with appropriate food swaps. For instance you could substitute a 1/2 cup brown rice for a 1/2 cup quinoa.  This will allow you to personalize and tailor the meal plan to your specific needs.
