Almond Butter Turmeric Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. To thin, add additional water by the teaspoon to desired thickeness. Add additional salt and pepper to taste, if needed. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
