Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a food processor except for chocolate chips. Allow to blend until mixture is smooth.
- When all ingredients are blended and lumps and bumps are gone, stir in chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out 1-2 tablespoons of dough and place evenly across baking sheet. I suggest slightly flattening the dough as they will maintain their shape during baking.
- Place in the heated oven and bake for 13 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
