Ingredients
- 14 ounces bagged coleslaw mix
- 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo (gluten, soy, canola free mayo, linked below)
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3-4 tablespoons stevia powder (2 heavy squirts of liquid stevia)
- 1/2 teaspoon pink Himylayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions
- Prepare cabbage and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayo, vinegar, mustard, stevia, salt, pepper, and celery seed. Whisk to combine.
- Add in prepared cabbage and toss with dressing. Store in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
