Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Add rolled oats to a large baking sheet and spread across evenly.
- Place oats in oven and toast for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Transfer oats to a blender or food processor and blend the oats until fine and powdery, about 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer to a storage container and store in the refrigerator.
