Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond butter
- 5 whole eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons almond flour (may substitute coconut flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While oven preheats, line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease well.
- Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Turn on high, and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour mixture into a greased and lined loaf and place in the oven.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crust starts to brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling. Slice to serve for toast or sandwich bread.
