Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 anchovie filets
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon minced garlic
- salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend for 15-20 seconds, or until smooth.
- Store in a glass container and place in fridge for 30 minutes. Serve cold and return any leftover dressing into the refrigerator.
