  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • vanilla extract, dates, or cinnamon, to taste optional

Instructions
  1. Soak raw almonds in 2 to 3 cups of water overnight. They should be covered. Drain and then rinse.
  2. Add almonds to your juicer, alternating between equal parts almonds and fresh water⁣.
  3. Optional, add 2-3 dates, vanilla extract or cinnamon to add a little extra sweetness if desired.
  4. Keep refrigerated and drink within a week.
