- 2 cups raw almonds
- 3 cups filtered water
- vanilla extract, dates, or cinnamon, to taste optional

Instructions
- Soak raw almonds in 2 to 3 cups of water overnight. They should be covered. Drain and then rinse.
- Add almonds to your juicer, alternating between equal parts almonds and fresh water.
- Optional, add 2-3 dates, vanilla extract or cinnamon to add a little extra sweetness if desired.
- Keep refrigerated and drink within a week.
