Homemade Immunity Gummies
Instructions
  1. Start by brewing a cup of strong ginger tea. You can either use fresh ginger or pre-packaged ginger tea bags. Allow it to cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the orange juice and lemon juice.
  3. Gradually whisk in the ginger tea to the juice mixture. Ensure the tea is not too hot to avoid denaturing the gelatin.
  4. Add the manuka honey to the mixture and stir well until it dissolves completely. Sprinkle the grass-fed gelatin over the mixture. Let it sit for a few minutes to bloom. Remove from heat and then add the vitamin C powder and cod liver oil and whisk until everything is fully combined and smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into gummy molds. If you don’t have molds, you can use a small baking dish lined with parchment paper and cut them into squares once set.
  6. Place the molds in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours or until the gummies are firm. Once set, pop the gummies out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the fridge. They should last for up to two weeks.
