Honey Lemon Salad Dressing

  • 4 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himylayan salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley

Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk together to combine. Store in an airtight container, refrigerated for up to one week.
