- 1 cup almonds soaked in water for 1-2 hours
- 4 limes, juiced
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed depending on spice preference
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon pink Himylayan salt
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- Place almonds, lime juice, jalapeno peppers, olive oil, and salt into a high-power food processor. Slowly add in water, until desired texture is acheived. Use more or less water based on the desired thickness for the dip.
- Chill for one hour. Serve with fresh vegetables, chips, or crackers.
