Ingredients
- 3-4 tablespoons coffee beans
- 12 ounces hot water
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons almond or coconut cream
- 1-2 tablespoons acacia fiber **see recipe notes**
- 2-3 drops liquid stevia (optional)

Instructions
- Using a coffee grinder, add 3-4 tablespoons of coffee beans, depending on strength desired. Grind on coffee beans are course.
- Using a French Press, add ground coffee, water, cacao and vanilla. Gently stir. Allow to steep for 4 minutes. Gently plunge the French Press to filter the coffee.
- Transfer the coffee into the mug. Stir to combine coffee, cream, and fiber. Fiber may take a few minutes to dissolve. Add stevia to desired sweetness. Serve hot.
