Vanilla Cocoa Fiber Coffee

Ingredients
  • 3-4 tablespoons coffee beans
  • 12 ounces hot water
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons almond or coconut cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons acacia fiber **see recipe notes**
  • 2-3 drops liquid stevia (optional)

  • 3-4 tablespoons coffee beans
  • 12 ounces hot water
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons almond or coconut cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons acacia fiber **see recipe notes**
  • 2-3 drops liquid stevia (optional)
Instructions
  1. Using a coffee grinder, add 3-4 tablespoons of coffee beans, depending on strength desired. Grind on coffee beans are course.
  2. Using a French Press, add ground coffee, water, cacao and vanilla. Gently stir. Allow to steep for 4 minutes. Gently plunge the French Press to filter the coffee.
  3. Transfer the coffee into the mug. Stir to combine coffee, cream, and fiber. Fiber may take a few minutes to dissolve. Add stevia to desired sweetness. Serve hot.
