Easy Homemade Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup panko, Italian seasoned
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley

  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Using your hands or a spatula, mix well.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by covering with parchement paper or spraying with cooking spray. Scoop out 1-2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into a ball using your hands. Place meatballs onto the baking sheet.
  3. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink. Serve as an appetizer with your favorite sauce or over spaghetti.
