Ingredients
- 8 whole wheat slider buns
- olive oil cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 slices salami
- 8 slices smoked deli ham
- 8 slices mozzarella, fresh
- 1 small jar roasted red peppers
- 1 small jar golden pepperoncini
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons garlic butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice the buns in half to separate the top of the roll from the bottom. Place the bottom half in large baking dish.
- Evenly spray bottom half of rolls with cooking spray. Evenly season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Layer with one slice each of salami, ham, and cheese. Top with red pepper and pepperoncini. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the top of the rolls back on the sandwiches. Top with a thin, sliver of butter and place in the oven.
- Bake uncovered in the oven for 15 minutes or until warmed through and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
