  • 8 whole wheat slider buns
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 slices salami
  • 8 slices smoked deli ham
  • 8 slices mozzarella, fresh
  • 1 small jar roasted red peppers
  • 1 small jar golden pepperoncini
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons garlic butter

  • 8 whole wheat slider buns
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 slices salami
  • 8 slices smoked deli ham
  • 8 slices mozzarella, fresh
  • 1 small jar roasted red peppers
  • 1 small jar golden pepperoncini
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons garlic butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice the buns in half to separate the top of the roll from the bottom. Place the bottom half in large baking dish.
  2. Evenly spray bottom half of rolls with cooking spray. Evenly season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  3. Layer with one slice each of salami, ham, and cheese. Top with red pepper and pepperoncini. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the top of the rolls back on the sandwiches. Top with a thin, sliver of butter and place in the oven.
  5. Bake uncovered in the oven for 15 minutes or until warmed through and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
