Ingredients
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I use olive oil mayo)
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cups shredded chicken (I use rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 3 celery stacked, diced
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced
- 1 medium apple, diced
- parsley to garnish

Instructions
- In a large bowl combine yogurt, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
- In the same bowl, add chicken, grapes, celery, onion, and apple. Stir until everything is well coated. Garnish with parsley and serve on a slice of bread or with lettuce.
